The first PDF issue is scheduled for Sept. 30, 2010<br /><br />The rules are simple. Make your work fun, playful or deadly serious. If it is one of those things (or hopefully all of them) you are accepted. The whims of the editor, of course, define each term.<br /><br />To submit, please cut and paste your poems and fiction into an email.
